Who are PICKS PERSONAL TRAINING?
Welcome to Picks Personal Training, my name is Nathan and I’m the trainer here at Picks PT. With over 10 years in the health and fitness industry, I believe personal training is about staying motivated and achieving results within the desired time frame.
To achieve the best results, I create individual personal training programs tailor-made for each client. I am a certified personal trainer; level 2 AUSREP with Fitness Australia. Additionally, I have successfully completed studies in strength and conditioning. I also specialise in Boxing, Pilates fundamentals and nutritional support for children, teens, and adults.
WHERE ARE WE HEADED
As your personal trainer, I will not only partner with you whilst you exercise. I also mentor you through all aspects of your health and fitness development. This covers physical training diet, lifestyle. My support services ensure a lifetime of enjoyment and sustainable health. Personal training at Picks PT is conducted through private or semi-private (up to 4 people) personal training sessions. We aim to assist you in achieving your desired goals through creative and motivating sessions.
Group training sessions at Picks PT can be groups of 4 or more with a maximum of 18.
Are you a part of a sporting team? You and your team can try our focus groups. They specifically target particular areas that relate to your sport. My aim is to assist you in achieving your desired goals through creative and motivating sessions.
