Welcome to Picks Personal Training, my name is Nathan and I’m the personal trainer here at Picks PT. With over 7 years in the health and fitness industry, I believe personal training is about staying motivated and achieving results within the desired time frame.
Have been training with Nathan for over a year and the results are amazing to say the least. He is great for beginners and advanced. I couldn't recommend him enough. This young man is well beyond his year with not just experience but understanding of your personal needs. He is always on time and ready to go with a workout plan. He makes the hard work fun and before you know it your session is over and you're feeling great. My body has gained muscle without doing any crazy weight session but in saying that I am much stronger and now able to add weight to my routine. Don't hesitate just book a session. All you've got to lose are kg's and gain some fitness and healthier life choices.
I've been training with Nathan online for about a year or more now. He's an excellent instructor and explains techniques well including modification and progression. He's very encouraging and motivating and welcomes questions and discussion. He has an excellent well rounded knowledge of fitness and lifestyle, a positive attitude, a happy demeanor, and a great sense of humour. Highly recommend Nathan for all your fitness needs.
Training and conditioning without injury is what I call what Nathan does. I am very prone to injury and I've had 4 months plus down time from exercise every time I got injured in the past. Since I started training with Nathan about a year ago, I haven't had this problem. I really like his style and he gives the correct technique ( very insistent ) so I haven't been injured since. I'm so glad I've found him because I've got muscles for the first time ever lol because I can be consistent now as opposed to the cycle I had before of training, getting somewhere, injury, months of no training then starting all over again.
Feeling more active and energised. I enjoy training with Nathan. Having reached my first goal, I feel more confident, like I can conquer other challenges.
I feel more confident in myself and I have more energy. I would never have thought that I would be able to run and agility and endurance drills, be able to do sit-ups and push-ups.
I am a happier person, grateful, more positive and confident in myself. Exercising really lifts your mood and it’s good for stress and confidence. Training is fun and I feel motivated to do my best and never give up on achieving my goals.
I’ve worked with Nathan for 4 years, I’ve lost 65cm, 10kg and 3 dress sizes. I’ve now got the energy I had in my 20’s. He has an amazing process that’s easy to follow and he make it a lot of fun yet challenging. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
