Training and conditioning without injury is what I call what Nathan does. I am very prone to injury and I've had 4 months plus down time from exercise every time I got injured in the past. Since I started training with Nathan about a year ago, I haven't had this problem. I really like his style and he gives the correct technique ( very insistent ) so I haven't been injured since. I'm so glad I've found him because I've got muscles for the first time ever lol because I can be consistent now as opposed to the cycle I had before of training, getting somewhere, injury, months of no training then starting all over again.
