Group fitness or group training may not be a new concept but it’s certainly one of the more popular ways of training in the Macarthur and Campbelltown areas.
At Picks PT we have found a way to not only increase your fitness but to create an environment of high energy workouts to help you stay motivated and focussed, week in and week out.
We have 2 styles of Group training fitness Classes.
- Group fitness training 4-8 participants with a maximum of 18 per group
- Focused group sessions for groups of 4-8 participants with a maximum of 18 per group for sporting teams and clubs.
