Q. If I’m extremely un-fit, can I still participate in your fitness training
program?
A. Everyone has to start somewhere. My aim will be to get you motivated to achieve the best results, safely and without injury.
A fitness assessment is conducted before training commences and I develop individual programs based on your fitness level. At the completion of 6 weeks or when deemed appropriate, I would reassess your fitness level and adjust your fitness training program accordingly.
Q. What about if everyone else is much fitter than me?
A. Don’t worry about what other people are doing, as long as you are challenging yourself. Results will come.
Q. How many sessions can I attend each week?
A. We recommend you attend at least 2-3 sessions per week. It is important to remember not to do too much too soon… especially when you are starting out.
Q. How do I pay for each session?
A. Payments can be made via direct deposit or cash. Making a commitment to completing one of our 3, 6, or 12 month packages would produce a better result. Clients are billed monthly on the 1st or 15th of the month.
Q. How long is the duration of the fitness training session?
A. The majority of our private and semi-private fitness training sessions run for 30 to 60 minutes.
Q. Is it safe to participate if I have high blood pressure or an old injury?
A. Yes. It is safe to participate in physical exercise and fitness training programs, however, for pre-existing medical conditions, it is recommended that you consult your doctor before you commence any fitness training.
Q. Do I need to bring anything with me to the fitness training class?
A. Just bring a bottle of water, a towel and wear some light loose comfortable clothing and running shoes.
Q. What results can I expect to see from the fitness training?
A. If you follow a healthy nutrition guidance and commit to attending scheduled training sessions, you can expect to see results.
